Please note that due to logistics reasons, shipping is might not be available in some countries. 

The flat rate covers only the shipping cost and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country.

For non Eu Countries countries PRIMÓR Sports Limited is not liable for any local import duties and taxes. 

In case of failure to collect the package or refuse of the delivery from the recipient the amount will be deducted from the refund.


If you wish to post back your order at your preferred method. After received and inspected the item, if successful, you will receive a refund within 3 business days.

Shipping times begin 1-2 working days after the order is placed. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. 

- Delivery in 1-3 working days for Ireland
Delivery in 2-4 working days for UK
- Delivery in 3-10 working days for Europe 
- Delivery in 5-15 working days for Rest of the world

For Club Custom orders, production lead-time depends on the time of the year. Normally, we aim to produce your club custom order within 6 weeks from the moment that the order goes in. 
Therefore, please allow up to 6/7 weeks from the moment that your club custom order goes in to when it will be delivered to you. 
Please not that the date that your order goes in is the day after that your club close the club store, rather than the day that you actually placed the order.

Please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, shipping time can be slower than usual. The Company is fully operational and our staff is available and ready to respond to all our customers’ needs, during our normal office hours.
All the company’s departments are working at full capacity while also adhering to the current local restrictions and guidelines. However, we are not responsible and cannot control the delivery lead time of each country, especially during COVID-19. 
If your order is above €110, or you have selected DHL service for order below €110, you can check your tracking number for the exact delivery date. 
If you order is below €110 and you have selected the standard non-tracked service and your item is delayed, we recommend to contact your local postal service to check if there is a delayed on their side due to COVID-19.
