1. WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?
For all products is 5 pieces per item. The only exception is socks and summer caps.
2. WHAT SIZE AM I?
It’s best to take some body measurements and check the sizing chart HERE. For custom, is also highly recommended that you organise with us sizing samples for your team to try on.
3. I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, WHAT CAN I DO?

4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For collection garments, you will receive your order within 1 to 10 business days depending on your location in Europe or Worldwide. We are based in Ireland, and is 1-2 days delivery across the country.
For custom orders, it can take from 4 to 7 weeks depending on the time of the year.

6. WHAT IS PRIMO'S WARRANTY POLICY?
PRIMÓR products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 year from the date of purchase.
7. WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER PRIMÓR'S WARRANTY?
Our warranty program does not cover any defects due to damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, natural fading of colors and materials over time and with use, rips, tears, abrasion, holes, burns, or shrinking.
8. DOES THE €110 FREE IRL/UK SHIPPING APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS?
For custom clothing, clubs can decide between a few options:
-Have shipping to one location FREE
-Have shipping to each member location €9.90
-Have both options available to club members
We, at PRIMÓR, we don't mind what option is chosen, but is the club deciding which of the above options to choose.
In the case of shipping to one location, club members enjoy free shipping even if they buy only one pair of socks, if the club decides to have the full club order sent to one location.
The >110 Free shipping is NOT for custom clothing but only for collection items that you can find at primocycling.com
Clubs prices would be different from the one you see on our collection.
9. DOES THE DISCOUNT CODE FOR THE FIRST ORDER APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS?
No, also in this case, discount codes are only for collection products. As stated in point 5. custom products are priced differently and therefore discount codes such as the 10% off your first order, only apply to products for collection items that you can find at primocycling.com
10. MY COUNTRY DOES NOT HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE, HOW CAN I ORDER?

11. DO WE SHIP SIGNATURE REQUIRED?
Yes, our shipments require a signature on all orders.
12. I DON’T HAVE A DESIGN, CAN YOU HELP?
Of course, we have an experienced design team that is ready to bring your ideas to life. We have also created a design book for you to choose from 133 (Yes, 133!) beautiful designs where you can get some inspiration. Get in touch with us for more info.
13. CAN I COPY THE EXACT SAME DESIGN FROM MY PREVIOUS SUPPLIER?
Of course, you can send us your design with all of the vector logos as well as the Pantone colours code.
We have also Pantone sheet available for your to choose the exact same colours from your previous design even if you don't know what Pantone code is.
If you wish, we can also send a kit that belongs to you to our designers and production team in Italy and ensure that everything is matched.
14. WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We prefer Adobe Illustrator files which are vector and have an extension of .AI. However, we can also accept other popular vector formats such as .EPS and .CDR and in some cases even .PDF. Provided the quality is sufficient we can also accept Adobe Photoshop files with the extension of .PS.
15. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT PRIMO LOGOS?
PRIMO - Cycling Apparel logo placement are standard on all our products. However, if you would like to place an order without sublimated PRIMÓR on the outside, then a 15% surcharge will be added to our prices.
16. HOW CAN I OPEN A TEAM STORE?
You can just let us know what custom products are you choosing for your team and we will set up a store for you with your requirements and your design.
17. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO OPEN A TEAM STORE?
There is no cost to have your own team store.
18. HOW LONG IT TAKES TO OPEN A TEAM STORE?
It can take from 1 to 3 business days.
19. I THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY GARMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new clothing. If something is not perfect, please get in touch with us.
20. HOW SHOULD I CLEAN WASH MY KIT?
We have washing instructions in every garment.
We recommend washing with warm water using a fragrance-free soap. Do not use any fabric softeners. Wash inside out. Don't wash with Velcro, open zippers and or with race pins still on the clothing.
21. CAN PRIMÓR SPONSOR ME / MY TEAM?
